Description:
1. Conical double-screw extruder and imported frequency converter ensures good products performance.
2. Imported RKC temperature controller assures wide adjustment range, high precision and convenient
3. operation.The auxiliary parts is composed of vacuum calibration table, haul off, cutter and stack rack.
4. This production line adopts large cooling device to ensure the shaping of WPC products.
5. The haul off adopts imported reducer, motor and frequency converter .It has reasonable structure ,
large hauling force, stable haul off etc.
6. The cutter has the advantages of reliable and correct work ,high precision of cutting etc.
7. The stack rack has a movable buggy and special rubber protection layer .It has the advantages
of no-wearing, simple use etc.

Applications:
This production line is able to produce PE, PP or PVC with Wood profile products. The WPC profile is a new type environment friendly product; because it uses plastic and waste wood fiber powder as the raw material, add certain proportions of auxiliary additives, foamed agent. The composite profile is extruded under high temperature and pressure, therefore the production line is used to produce pallets, package box or board, window sills, decorating floor and outdoor decorating product, which are widely used these days. The wood or nature fiber powder can account a high proportion (at most 50-70%); The production line is multi-functional, which can also be used to produce PP, PE, PVC, ABS and PS products

1 year limited warranty after installation. If the spare parts is broken in the warranty period , we will send a free replacement parts to you .
2. Installation and Training
We can send 1-2 engineers to buyers factory to install and set up the machines and training, but all the
charges for the engineers should be paid by buyer.
