PC ABS two layer sheet extrusion machine for luggage and suit case vacuum forming
Machine features:
Screw with special mixing and plasticization function;
Coat hanger type die with two throttle designs which enable to regulate the sheet thickness accurately; ±1 temperature control make the plasticizing process and sheet thickness control more accurate;
Horinzontal, vertical or 45°incline type three rollers calenders may be lifted freely;
Sheet thickness shall be regulated by screw and pressing roller;
Separate roller temperature control system to control the temperature of pressing roller to gain even sheet thickness; Exact slicing machine, board length and quantity;
Winder with big torque motor, and its speed and tension force adjustable;
Automatic metering to set the length of product
This machine is composed of Φ100 extruder, Φ70extruder, screen changer, mould, calender, lamination, roll-temp system, haul-off unit, cutter, collection table.
(1) : product raw material: ABS PC granules
(2): product maximum width: 900 mm;
(3) : the thickness of product: 1-4 mm;
(4) : the maximum extrusion yield: 200-380 kg/hr. ( around 300kg/hr)
(5) : the machine power: total machine 200 kw (heating power 88 kw), normal operation of the actual power about 130 kw.
